Personalising garments and products.
Almost all types of garments can be branded.
Embroidery An embroidered logo or text is a durable high quality method of promoting your brand and raising your profile.
Your logo or name is digitised into an embroidery program format and the resulting motif then stitched on to the garment. There is a one-off charge for the origination which is based on the stitch count/ size of the embroidery specified, and then a charge for each application.
Screen printing An excellent method of personalisation where a larger image is desirable. Cost effective where greater orders are required and especially useful for promotional items.
A one-off origination charge is calculated on the artwork and the number of colours and screens required to create the image. Thereafter a charge per print application.
Heat transfer printing For large area prints such as squad numbers for sportswear and monograms, or for waterproof items heat transfer printing can provide the best option.. Charges as before are for set-up and per application.
Tax tabbing Where embroidery or screen printing is not ideal there is still a requirement to satisfy the Inland Revenue to avoid the possibility of 'fringe benefit' issues. Tax tabbing is the perfect solution. A small woven or printed 'tax tab' of the company logo is sewn onto the garment seam to be clearly visible. There is a set-up charge for the logo tape and then the charge per application.
For personalisation please forward your company logo in j-peg format for a free quotation.
